Why PICA Exists

The nature of employment in America is changing dramatically. Vast numbers of consultants are leaving their traditional jobs for the flexibility, control and financial upside of being their own boss. This growing segment of the "1099 economy," however, often doesn't understand many of the fundamentals of being self-employed.
