PICA's Core Values
- Independence – The right to be self-employed and direct our own work.
- Entrepreneurship – The ability to run our own businesses, to be paid as a business, and to take advantage of business owner tax deductions and retirement plans.
- Professionalism – Not all independent workers are the same. PICA members are well educated, ethical, highly experienced, polished and presentable.
- Strength in Numbers – None of us is as strong as all of us. PICA fosters community and is an advocate for self-employed professionals across the country.
