About the Session:  

Many of us begin our journey as solopreneurs with a passion and idea of what we want to offer. This idea may change over time based on what you learn from your first few clients and networking conversations. As you continue developing your business it is important to have tools that can help you clarify, iterate, and communicate:

  1. What you offer
  2. Who you serve
  3. Why it is valuable
  4. How you provide services

The Business Value Blueprint is a helpful 1-page tool that maps out these core components of your business so you can clearly communicate this to prospective clients and make quick adjustments as you continue your journey.

In this workshop, Kaitlin will share the Business Value Blueprint methodology which is a spin-off of the Business Model Canvas from Strategyzer. This will be part 1 of a 2-part workshop series focused on helping participants learn the Business Value Blueprint. Part 2, Business Value Blueprint Working Session will be an interactive workshop that will allow participants to complete their own template by collaborating with others.

Format: This is a free interactive webinar with time to practice what we learn and ask questions as a large group. The event will be recorded, but will only be shared with people who are registered. Please come prepared to introduce yourself and participate freely using your webcam. Participants will be expected to handle their own mute/unmute and to monitor their background noise. Questions can be asked via chat or by speaking up. After the event, slides and a link to the recording will be sent to people who are registered.
