Event Overview

About the session:

This working session is only for PICA members who have already taken the workshop: Know Your Niche: Branding to Build Your Business.

We noticed some PICA members taking the branding workshop more than once because they’re continuing to refine their branding, which is totally normal. When you’re self-employed, your niche and marketing messages are likely to evolve over time. This working session is to help you improve your brand and marketing presence.

In this interactive session, you’ll work with PICA’s Chief Advocate (Liz) and your peers to brainstorm and fine-tune “all things branding”. You will have the opportunity to share your current branding items and participate in a roundtable discussion about how it’s perceived, areas for improvement, and general feedback. As a small group we’ll discuss things like your...

  • Business logo
  • Key words/tagline
  • Email signature
  • LinkedIn profile(s)
  • Website

...and any other branding items you can think of!

Prerequisite: Know Your Niche: Branding to Build Your Business

Format: This event is for PICA members only. Participation is limited to seven to ensure we have time to discuss everyone’s positioning.

A couple of slides might be shared to kickstart the conversation, but this will be an informal, interactive work session. We will look at your current branding elements including your LinkedIn profile and your website if you have one.

Duration: 75 minutes
